These episodes don't offer ready — made answers-they show a process of exploration where each step is born out of a unique experience in a unique context. Perhaps something will resonate in you, or maybe your path will be completely different.
Max and Ellen Schupbach are the founders of the International Institute for Deep Democracy (DDI). In their work, Max and Ellen use a method called the process-oriented approach in psychology. The method was developed by Arnold Mindell and his colleagues.
