He is also the founder and owner of several successful companies - the publishing house of psychological literature "Klass", the Institute of Group and Family Psychotherapy, etc.
Inspired by his experience with the Esalen Institute in California, Leonid Krol built the Incantico estate in Italy, specifically designed as a training ground for coaching and training work.
He is the director of the Coaching Workshop and a professor at the Higher School of Economics. Leonid admits that he has always adhered to the following position:: "There is a golden rule-never do anything that is not interesting or inspiring."
